The published articles in JEES: Journal of Education and Educational Sciences, Volume 1, Number 2 (2025) consist of 5 collaborative (co-authored) articles. This issue focuses on psychological and affective factors in education, including the roles of self-regulated learning and self-efficacy in reducing English language anxiety, resilience and self-control in shaping elementary students’ social skills, emotional intelligence in the learning process, parental involvement and independent learning in academic achievement, and the influence of self-regulated learning and epistemological beliefs on English proficiency, emphasizing the importance of internal capacities and supportive environments in enhancing student outcomes.
