The portal is intended to improve efficiency, accessibility, and transparency in document management for authors, reviewers, and editors.

The services available through this portal include:

1. Letter of Acceptance (LoA): authors may submit requests for a Letter of Acceptance for manuscripts that have been accepted for publication.
2. Document Tracking: users may monitor the status and availability of requested documents through the portal.
3. Invoice: users may access invoices issued in relation to publication and administrative processes.
4. Reviewer Certificate: reviewers may download certificates issued as official recognition of their contribution to the peer-review process.
5. Editor Certificate: editors may access certificates issued in recognition of their editorial responsibilities and service.
6. Appointment Decrees (SK): reviewers and editors may access official appointment decrees issued in relation to their roles within the journal.
