This journal implements a review policy with a conventional single-blind review method, where the identity of the reviewer remains confidential from the author. Authors are expected to prepare the manuscript honestly without manipulation, falsification, plagiarism, or inappropriate data alteration. Submitted manuscripts will be evaluated by anonymous reviewers based on their contribution, originality, relevance, and quality of presentation. Each manuscript will be reviewed anonymously by at least two reviewers, who are members of the Editorial Board or other experts with expertise in the related field. To expedite the review process and provide a quick response to authors, the Editor may screen submissions and make decisions without the need to send manuscripts for external review. The Editor will inform the review results as soon as possible, ideally within 4 to 12 weeks. The Editor's decision is final, and no further correspondence will be made for manuscripts deemed unsuitable for publication in this journal. All communications, including notification of the Editor's decision and revision requests, will be done via email.
